Who runs the academy

Orri Academy is operated by RANDOMATCH LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 16935158), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

What your account stores

When you create an account, we store your name, email address and a securely hashed password. We also store your course enrollments and the lessons you mark as completed. This information lets you sign in and continue learning across visits.

Emails and payments

Password-reset emails are sent when requested. Creating an academy account does not subscribe you to the Orri music mailing list. Paid enrollment is only offered when checkout is available; payment details are then entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout, and the academy stores the order amount and payment status, not your card number.

Service providers and cookies

The academy runs on OVH hosting, with Cloudflare delivering the website. Account emails use Brevo. Essential session and form-protection cookies support sign-in and secure forms. This version of the academy does not add advertising trackers.

Access, correction and deletion

Your account information and learning progress are kept to provide your learning account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, contact [email protected]. Payment records, where applicable, may need to be retained separately for accounting obligations.
